The app is overall simple to use. However, the latest update makes the home page a list of all transactions from every account. It no longer shows a summary of your balances by account. You can favorite some and it will show them one by one at the top, but it’s not convenient at all. The main purpose I use the app for is to open it up and check my balances. It would be nice if there was at least a way to return to the classic look mode. I hope they bring that back in a new update. If they do, I will fix my review.

Since the latest update, I now show multiple extra accounts. I thought this was odd until I realized that the “extra” accounts were just repeats of my actual accounts, but at various moments in time. Example: I show two checking accounts (but I only have one). The second mystery account is actually the SAME account, but it’s like a snapshot of the account frozen in time. The last transaction shown is from 2020! I can’t delete this account and when I try to re-order it near the bottom of the list, it simply re-sorts itself back near the top of the list. Whenever you guys finally iron out the PREVIOUS bugs you create, you then go ahead and “update” the app for no good reason, breaking it again. Quit while you’re ahead (or learn how to properly test app updates in a sandbox environment BEFORE releasing it)!

I didn’t like doing anything in the phone and so I would drive to the bank. I am so grateful for this app. I always know how much I have and can transfer money. I can see my spending history. I can spot suspicious activity very quickly and I can see bills. Wow. I also like signing in with face recognition. It makes me feel secure. Mahalo!

I have been a member of this CU since I was a young man. This app functions well and even promotes easy communication between the community and the credit union. I have used it for various needs and even financial support. I am very pleased with the functionality of the app and the HFS community

Everything I need is at my fingertips, easy to use. I can see my money move it around and pay bills as needed.!
