Amazing Scooter!

It is really safe but fast!

Enabling Theft

FixtheFNAApp on

United States

The electronic lock allowed us- commuters, the peace of mind of leaving our scooters unattended for quick trips. I’ve made several rounds at Wawa and have left my scooter at the entrance EVERY time, simply because I could lock it. But ainxw HiBoy removed the ‘locking’ feature on the app, those trips have become a anxious and uncomfortable babysitting task. Now I have to keep walking back and forth to check and make sure my scooter isn’t missing whenever I go places that don’t allow scooters inside. This is a HORRIBLE decision and whoever proposed for and had it done is dong nothing more than enabling theft. Maybe they feel like they could be selling more, so it makes sense why y’all would put us- commuters, in such a position when every time we leave our scooters behind, we risk the chance of them being stolen. And THAT should be the end of this company. If y’all refuse to bring it back, we will bring a class-action lawsuit on y’all for enabling theft. FIX IT!

Lock is gone

Lock button is gone, takes way too long to connect the scooter to phone. Bluetooth should automatically connect to phone when scooter is powered on and app should open instantly.

Park/Lock option gone

ImpracticalCat on

United States

After the last update (v1.3), I can no longer use the electronic lock/park function on my S2 Pro. The only way to do it was via the app, but now the button is missing. I will update the rating to 4 stars when this is fixed.

Why remove the best feature in the app?? That was an excellent way to lock your scooter for a quick trip. Not a fan of this at all
