Worst Delivery App
I ordered a coffee machine during black friday period. They were very late to deliver, but the order was there and pending, they didn’t inform me about anything.
Today, after three weeks, they call me and tell me that the item is not available. This is not the first time it happened, I could’ve gotten any other machine for the same price at that time.
I will no longer order anything from HiCart. I’m deleting the app. One of the worst customer services I have ever experienced.
Never again worst ecomerce app in Lebanon
When you are throwing money on advertising a "Black Friday" at least make sure you can deliver your promised prices.
On the so called "black Friday" i found a coffee machine with a nice price, ordered 3 of them as gifts for my friends and one for myself, and stopped searching for gifts knowing that i already secured a nice deal. After more than 2 weeks, i get a call from Hicart saying they had a problem in the system and they can't deliver. This is the worst customer service ever, how am i supposed to find gifts now, i could have bought from many other shops who were offering great deals as well on black Friday.
For anyone reading this review, never support such scamy websites. And for Hicart, don't even think about contacting me, i want no gifts nor refunds.

Not recommended at all! Customer service don’t answer the phone, nor reply to text messages!
The items displayed are always showing that they are in stock eventhough they are out of stock and it keeps happening and happening! I place the order, everything goes well smoothly, and then next day I receive a message saying that my order is out of stock.

Worst experience ever. We ordered twice and paid online after a few days we received messages that the items were out of stock.

Order Still not delivered - 3 months
This is the third month I am waiting for my PS4 DualShock wireless controller... 3rd month.
The Client servicing agents are the worst... they are working really hard in copy pasting the same answer every time I ask them about any updates.
“ Our logistic team is fully operational and under extreme safety measures. However you may face few delays* in deliveries due to the current situation and closure of some merchants.
The delivery date is not confirmed yet however once your order is ready, you will be notified by SMS.”
*Few delays: 3 months already !!!
The fact is that the price of the DualShock is now higher than what I’ve paid for on the day of purchase.(90.000 LBP increase)
So they just want me to cancel the order, just to oblige me to pay according to the new price... What kind of roguery and robbery is that !!!
What in fact must happen if this institution respects itself and its clients, this order must be sent FOR FREE now !

Bad mobile experience
This app is not prone to accidental touches. As i am scrolling through a list of products, the app automatically enters the product page of a product i did not intend to enter and it happens a lot and it’s frustrating. Also, the app does not support back gestures on iOS, swiping from the edge of the screen to go back, having to reach the top every time and tap the back button. Little details but big deal and impact on experience. Also, general feedback, product pages need to load faster, products need to have more details with a thorough description with high quality photos.
