Hidden Hotel: Miami Mystery

I’ve been playing this game for a few years now but I had to uninstall due to the low time limits and glitches. One glitch included me tapping on one of the items (a desk bell) and the game didn’t register the item and I lost seconds and the time limits are VERY tight such as 1 minute or 1 minute and 15 seconds. Earning coins and boosting items are either slow or very rare which is rotten! It’s sad that this once fun game turned into a money grabbing, challenging fetch quest. Good luck to those still playing or those about to experience this game for the first time…

I have played this game for several years and loved it. About a year ago, I couldn’t update anymore no matter what I tried. The game kept crashing and said I did not have enough memory. I play on a fairly new iPad Pro with plenty of memory. I finally gave up. Recently, I tried again. I reloaded the game. Now it is crashing every few rounds. I don’t have this problem with any other app. The problem is with this game app. It’s too bad you can’t or won’t fix it. I would still be playing if it wouldn’t crash.

I love this game but deleted it awhile back due to having issues and having to spend money to progress. Decided to install it again today, and what do you know… you cant even play. It literally takes forever to upload then upon hitting play game automatically freezes then goes black, so I literally can’t even attempt to play. You all have completely ruined what was once a fun game😡 will never try again

I use to love this game, but since there hasn’t been any updates in 5 months the game freezes and you can’t even get passed the elevators. No response from app support and I see I am not the only one. Please let those who like playing know if you are planning to fix these bugs or not.

Haven’t been working for two weeks now and I love this game now I lost my streak and all I’ll change it after it gets fix if it does

I play this game every day but today it started freezing. There is no updates for the game and my iPad is updated. Please fix it.

I have been playing this game for over 4 years. The game is great but here lately as far back as December 2023, game has been updated and I can’t even get in the game it kicks me out, freezes or the elevator stops and kicks me out. You can’t report it because the support will not allow you. I mean to play the game and have all those coins and collected and not able to play. This needs to be addressed instead of swept under the rug and ignored, I see from reading other reviews I’m not the only one running into this problem, but only the high rated and positive reviews are getting answers and being addresses, not the ones having problems. Please fix and address the problem instead of ignoring it, if people are voicing a concern at least comment and address the problem not ignore and answer just the positive ones. Thank you

I would love to play this game. The graphics look good, BUT I can never get past the intro before it freezes. I’ve deleted and reloaded several times. I give up.
