No instructions

When I click on how to use, it took me to a non-secure site and a blank page that wouldn’t open. I would like a refund.

I have already à one year paid subscription, but after I changed my cellphone, your app wants me to pay again. Need your assistance.

I down loaded the app to help find my grandmas hearing aid. And it wouldn’t even pick it up pretty high price for something that doesn’t pick up a hearing aid.
