ではじめた頃1日一回のアンケートで1コインづつ貰えるからと続けてたら案の定毎週新規ユーザーを紹介しないとマイニング出来なくなり、さらにpoolされたコインは課金しないと下ろせなくなり、課金したら1年間は出勤できないとなり、、1年経ったら価値がゴミになり、とうとうアプリのバージョンアップのタイミングでアカウントにサインインできなくなった。 登録したメールアドレスは使われていないと表示される

アカウント削除ができない
数年前に流行っていたアプリ。まともに利用しているユーザーはいるのでしょうか？不安を感じ退会したくてもアカウント削除方法がなく、情報を残したままなのがとても気になります。せめてユーザーの情報は削除できるようにしてほしいです。不信感が募ります。
デザインが問題
これは若い人は大丈夫かもしれないが30歳以上の人には文字が読みづらくて酷である。なぜわざわざ薄い色の文字で表記してるのでしょう？誤操作の可能性が高いので今のところは利用を控えています。
詐欺？
アプリからチャットでアカウント削除をしようとしても、何度やっても画像添付で不明なエラーが出て進まない。仕方なくメールに画像添付して問い合わせても1週間経った今も何の返信もない。身分証と個人情報送ってるのに何の対応もしない。メール送ってから英語の迷惑メール届くようになって最悪。情報抜くためのアプリですか？
期待できそうなサービス

アカウントの削除、退会ができない。
サポートにメールするも、「アプリにログインできない人のためのサポートです。ログインできる方はアプリのライブチャットから問い合わせください。」となり、ライブチャットからアカウント削除したいと送るも２日経っても返信なし。ちなみに全て英語表記。早急に対応していただきたい。
