Hieroglyphic Keyboard

Good but needs a bit more work. E is better translated as a forearm and not two reeds. H & M should have alternative characters as they can be written two ways. There are no characters reserved on the main keyboard for the commonly used ‘sh’ and ‘tch’ sounds. I am referencing Egyptian Grammar by Sir Alan Gardiner and Egyptian Hieroglyphs by Bill Manley. Hope this helps.

This does not work on my iPad Pro. Waste of money.

Being an Egyptologist I’m loving the initiative and the general idea! I’m disappointed though that it doesn’t have even half of all known hieroglyphs. If that could be achieved somehow I’d be over the moon and it would be insanely useful to Egyptologist. Definitely something to work on.

There are only 28 glyphs, plus the numbers. Too bad they didn’t put a little more effort in and include more. As is, the usefulness is very limited. A better app is called “r n kmt “.

Don’t give full access. It’s unnecessary.

I’ve tried several hieroglyphic keyboards in this is by far the best —Highly recommended
