Cancel. Needs negative star review
Don’t waste your time on this game. After I redeemed they would not let me log back on. I wrote support numerous times for help with no response. So I screwed up and tried to open another account so I could play. Well I guess that got their attention. I received an email that both accounts were closed due to fraud. That I can’t have two accounts. I did not. The first one was disabled. Oh well their loss because I love to play and will just find another

Bad customer experience
Firstly I did play a role in this. I had trouble getting registered due to their portal crashing. It took a few days to get on the site. I accidentally created 2 accounts. I tried customer service several times for boarding assistance but they were unable to figure out the issue. I finally got an email from someone named Simon. It basically stated I’d breached the agreement. My account was closed. He further stated that any money would be confiscated. All due to an innocent mistake. It was one of the worst experiences I’ve had as a customer.
Ok at first
I cashed out several gift cards of my winnings no problem, once $100 to my bank account. The next time I try to cash out to my bank, they cancelled it and didn’t give me the money back on my game account. Customer service was no help and gave me the run around, now I can’t add funds. Be careful!
