あまりにも不具合が多すぎて2.3日に1回しか開かないけど、その度に必ずアップデートを求められる。アプデが頻繁すぎるのに何も改善されず、広告を1回視聴することさえできない。広告見ようとするとアプリが落ちる。
早期改善を求めます
一体、何のために繰り返されたアプデだったのか。 広告視聴も全くできなくなり、もしや…と思いルビーのBUYページを確認してみたらやっぱり！ルビーの購入はできる… 広告視聴30→50の件も、ルビー購入への誘導なんでしょうね…

일본인입니다. 번역기를 사용해서 문장이 이상하다면 죄송합니다. 한국 음악 프로그램에서 좋아하는 아티스트에게 투표하기 위해 설치했습니다. 방송이 시작되기 며칠 전부터 투표권인 다이아를 구매하고 방송 당일만 기다렸습니다. 그런데 막상 방송이 시작되고 실시간 투표가 시작되자 아예 앱에 로그인할 수 없었습니다. 투표가 진행되는 동안 계속 로그인을 시도했지만 한 번도 로그인이 되지 않았다. 하지만 단 한 번도 로그인할 수 없었고, 결국 투표 시간이 끝나버렸다. 정말 화가 납니다. 왜냐하면 돈이 발생했기 때문입니다. 저는 정당한 대가를 지불했는데, 이렇게 취약한 앱 때문에 돈을 지불하고도 그 투표권을 제가 좋아하는 아티스트에게 사용할 수 없었습니다. 환불해줬으면 좋겠어요. 전 세계적으로 인기를 끌고 있는 K-POP 인기투표 앱이 이렇게 서버가 약하고 접속이 잘 안 된다는 게 말이 되나요, 다시는 이 앱에 돈을 지불하고 싶지 않아요. 아티스트를 응원하지 못한 것에 대해 진심으로 안타깝게 생각합니다. 빠른 시일 내에 앱이 개선되기를 바랍니다. 그렇지 않으면 환불해 주세요.
こんなに腹の立つアプリは初めて
課金させといて投票中サーバーダウンなんてあり得ないです。
星ゼロです。
番組投票のため、入れました。 課金をして、ダイヤ💎を購入しました。 しかしいざ投票になった途端、 アプリが全く繋がらず結局投票ができませんでした。 サーバーに問題が大いにあると思います。 早急に対応するべきです。 こんなアプリで番組投票をしようとするテレビ局側にも問題はあると思いますが、仕事を受けた以上番組のアクセスに対応できるようなサーバーにするべきです。 課金している人に対してこれは詐欺のようなものです。
アプデが改悪アプデ
最近の度重なる強制ログアウトアップデートが本当に改悪アプデで、どうかしてるぜ！ 本来なら広告を見る事で投票に使えるルビーが貯まるはずなのに、予告なく1日の上限が30件→50件になったとおもったら、そこからアプリが開かない、広告が開かない、開いても速攻落ちる、広告を最後まで見たのにRubyが溜まってないなどなど…カムバが控えてるんだよ…特にiOSに不具合出てるようですけど？エンジニアさん頼むよ…すぐに改善してくれ！
アップデートされても、全く意味が無い
ポイントが取れない不具合直ぐに直して欲しい‼️
