Is HighLevel free?
Yes, HighLevel is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is HighLevel legit?
⚠️ The HighLevel app has poor ratings and negative feedback. Users seem unsatisfied with its performance or features.
New update has completely destroyed the functionality of my app. I can no longer access conversations through custom notifications. “Conversation not found.” Can no longer view conversations through the message button in the contact. Only way I can communicate with a contact is by manually searching their name. But that also does not work reliably. Unfortunate because I really love high level but I can’t use it.
Cant change any settings
As an admin for teams its useless as I cant make any changes from the app.
Call quality not good
Love the app on Mac but on iPhone the call quality is terrible. There’s also a vibrating when the connection is bad.
HighLevel is great, mobile app eh
Only been using HighLevel for a little while now and I’m still trying to get to know it and figure out how to use it but there are some things with the mobile app that I can definitely see need to be improved for starters. I have over 386 badge icons on my iPhone app and I have no idea how to clear them ported a ton of stuff in like all my contacts and everything so I need a way to clear all of that cause I really don’t need to be notified that I imported 386 contacts. also live chat conversations don’t get pushed notifications on my phone or maybe I have it set wrong or something but definitely need some help and that alert notification area
Nightmare
I switched to GHL at the advice of my marketing manager. We though it looked pretty slick to support my growth but has turned out to be the biggest mistake sadly, resulting in loss of income. I did not understand why my last two email campaigns got hardly any sales and then recently discovered that any emails sent to G mail contacts were placed in their spam folder. I lost so much money in potential sales due to GHL email server being on G mail’s spam list.
A huge percentage of my contacts have G mail accounts and were not seeing my emails. As far as the phone app, it is very limited and you have no access to your GHL account on this app. It is only to track incoming messages. You cannot check progress of campaigns with it. Once I read or delete all messages and mark as “read” it still shows I have the same amount of messages so was totally useless to me beside seeming in one place if a message on social media came in. But I see those when I’m on social media so it just felt redundant and useless. Sorry GHL but you lost me. Another issue is that I was given a sub account from my marketer and so I was not listed as an administrator and therefore I could not change any of my business settings or logo or anything. So if somebody sets this up for you to use as a sub account be sure that you are listed as an administrator!
Community app
I am getting so frustrated with go high-level. Where is the Community app? I’ve been on YouTube all day seeing that the Community app has launched, but I cannot find any links to download it. I am very close to switching my entire platform because it has not made communication with my members Seamlessz this is very inconvenient.
Not Loading, Not Logging In (When Contacted To Wifi)
Suddenly can’t connect using Wifi, but without Wifi it loads. Everything was fine till just suddenly (on multiple devices both iPhone and android). Please fix ASAP!

Ability to forward previously sent emails! Recipients think it’s very strange that I can’t forward

App is very frustrating
I use GHL every day for work and the desktop version is great, however when ever trying to work from the app it’s impossible to pull up contacts. When filtering to find messages not all messages show. I’ve got a filter set where I get a text any time someone responds to a message so I know I have new messages. However when I go and look under unread messages they aren’t there. It would also be nice to schedule messages through the app like you can do on the desktop version.
App does not stay open
The application keeps crashing when you try to use manual actions.
