The new updated version of the app sucks on phone! So much friction when changing details on a contact or viewing details, or changing simply the opportunity stage… sucks! Bring it back to simplicity. Looking fancier doesnt mean better when you ignore user experience!

i liked the app a lot before the update. now theres more click for each action i need when i look up the contact info, i cannot see al the info at once i have to open the tabs. i cannot copy/paste the phone  number which is dumb and if i use the in-app phone my calls are tagged as potential spam, so now i have to dial up all manually. and the Notes open a new page instead which i dont like either.

I have been using the HighLevel app for my limo business, and unfortunately, it has been a continuous source of frustration. Every day brings a new issue. Calls often disconnect within half a ring, forcing us to call clients back, which is critical in our industry as missed calls can mean lost business. 

The call quality is frequently poor, with recording quality being subpar. There are times when my clients cannot understand me and vice versa. Additionally, conversations sometimes disappear from the archives, making it impossible to refer back to them when needed.

The ability to record conversations and take financial details from clients used to be a significant benefit. However, if there is ever a dispute, the recording files cannot be uploaded due to incompatible file extensions. This makes the recordings essentially useless in such situations.

For the amount we are paying for this app, it should be flawless and fully functional. I sincerely hope that these issues are addressed promptly to ensure the app meets the professional standards required for our business.
