getting more comfortable and happy with the digital biz card

I was locked out of my account (user error) and needed assurance. “Jasmin” responded quickly, even when I did not, and made sure I was able to gain access. In my haste, I even entered my issue with a typo that could have confused things more, but she understood and proceeded accordingly. This took a few days, mostly because of my slow responses, but I always received a prompt reply with additional instructions. The error was silly on my part, but she happily helped me get back into my account and was kind throughout the entire interaction. I enjoy the app but would stick around for the customer service alone. It’s a lost art, but HiHello does a great job!

I meet a family as this app and they are so nice people then they just informed me to be a part of HiHello so I can do a business with recycle on the app

Absolutely love this app…I am incredibly UN-techy ..and for me it was extremely easy to learn & share. Definitely recommend this great app when I don’t have any business cards handy.

Love the App! Not sure of the difference between paid and unpaid as the unpaid suffice. Will dive deeper into its features in the coming months as it’s so easy to use!
