深度认真使用了一段时间，非常希望在App后台运行的时候，他荏苒能够工作荏苒能够倒计时独苗，因为苹果手机的倒计时是没有办法设置名称的，比如说半个小时之后提醒我吃水果。

希望可以后台运行
一到后台或者息屏就停止计时了
不能后台运行
锻炼时都没法听音乐，一切到后台计时就停了，没法用啊
很简洁，还有优化空间
默认读秒开始有点儿问题，可以不要。另外开始时可以有也提示音。 铃声可以多几样选择，计时中也可以设置有声音，不枯燥。
声音
既然按自己的心意调整到秒了，就不需要还带默认等待的过程了，间隔节拍也用不到计时里面啊、还有结束铃声太难听了、提供点别的选择吧
