Description
徒步亦稱遠足、行山或健行，並不是通常意義上的散步，也不是體育競賽中的競走項目，而是指有目的地郊區、農村或者山野間進行中長距離的走路鍛鍊，徒步也是戶外運動中最為典型和最為普遍的一種。由於短距離徒步活動比較簡單，不需要太講究技巧和裝備，經常也被認為是一種休閒的活動。根據距離的不同，通常15公里內的稱為短距離徒步，15至30公里的稱為中距離徒步，30公里以上的成為長距離徒步。
