The instructions are on top of the play button so you can’t see it. Took me randomly tapping to get it to start playing. Then at the end of the round there is no way to exit the leaderboard so you then can’t play any more.

Race with other runners on the hilly runway and take off to fly as far as you can. The controls are simple tap & hold to build up speed and release at the right time to take off. Time your movement by holding and releasing it at the right time.
