I'm really disappointed Hillside isn't posting their schedule to the website and forcing this app. There's many issues including: - When you share an artist page, there's a custom built dialog to share to facebook or email only. There's no way to share to Messages or other apps. - The actual share text doesn't contain a link to the artist, just to the app download page. - The app is iPhone only, with no support for iPads. It looks awful on an iPad screen. And this means no multitasking, slide-over or split screens. - Because it's an app, you can't have multiple tabs open with different artists or see multiple days of the schedule at the same time. This isn't a problem with a website. - Sharing a track from the playlist only allows sharing via Facebook, not even email. - Previous years had full tracks on the website to preview. Now they're only 30 seconds because it's all tied to Spotify. Our family uses Apple Music... which wouldn't be an issue if I could run the Hillside app side by side with Apple Music. There's totally good reasons to build an app (notifications in particular), but as-is the current app is just really hard to use for planning the weekend.
