Stopped sending the invoice via email
Since the management is changed to hipages i have got twice this issue i can’t send the invoice via mail or anything from app. And when contacted to message centre and support they so so slow to fix it i wish previous owners never sold it to hipages.
And now since the hipages looking after this app we cannot make changes on our app as i changed some stuff on my app it has stopped sending the invoice and telling me to contact the hipages support center and i did now they are not able to fix .

it’s become like scam. They sent the lead once you accept it and try to contact. No one will pick up your phone or answer your text many many times. This things happened to me and I don’t believe on it
They have a sheet policy if you cancel the contract before six months you have to pay for all six months but they cancel your contract without leading you know

Do not sign up they will tricked you in 6 months contract than you have to pay and good luck with leads because they are not worth it

Lead management
The simplicity is great but why the lead management area has to be connected to Hipages. Most tradies may loose track of their leads easily because it’s coming from different platform and own network. It would’ve been great if there was a lead management section with a specification categorises the leads type, the step process of the lead and follow up features. For example, sms, phone conversation done, inspections scheduled, second inspection, price estimate, etc. once you have a lead inspected or quoted, you would never loose the track.
Please update
The app work perfect. But please add more detail in Invoice and Quote. Such as:
- Bank detal
- customer company name
- contact name
-contact number
- Unit titles (m2, Lm,kg, …)
