Driver accepted the ride, though he didn’t picked up.
I have awaited for 20 minutes for the driver to pick me up, but he didn’t do that even after 1 hour. He went to another place. Worst riding service I got. The application is ok to use, but the customer service did not helped to resolve my complaint.
Worst service/drivers
3 drivers canceled after waiting over 10 minutes ( each) and we had a seek person that needed urgent transportation. I'd give -5 rating

L-am scris un email in care le ceream ajutorul in aceasta problema. Mi s-a spus sa introduc numărul de telefon cu +40. Serios?! :))) fără prefix nici nu se poate introduce numărul .. sper sa rezolve acest issue.
