HipVan - Home Styling Ideas

This App came to me via an offer from Food Panda Hong Kong. It seemed like a nice online homewards App so I downloaded it and started to shop. Here's the issues... - doesn't state what currency the prices are in - only allows Singapore addresses! What? This App was promoted to me via a Hong Kong company! This is a pretty dumb marketing promo if this is correct. Will be deleting it ASAP. Such a shame as the products were really nice and much better than what we can find in HK!!

Items delivered had defect, asked for a replacement and the replacement still has defect....

Bought an arm chair but too big for the room. Contact hipvan exchange service team. Response was fast and no hassles follows. Got my item exchanged now! Happy customer + 1 :D

So easy to use

Please don’t buy from them. 1. Delivered my sofa to the door-step and claim it is spoiled so they brought it back. 2. They did not take the initiative to follow up with me. 3. When I chased them for months, they say shipping delayed. 4. When I followed up on promised date of delayed shipping, they said manufacturer no long making my sofa model. 5. When I replied I want a refund then, they delayed refund for two months. 6. Excuse given was - your refund was stuck at the payment. 7. When the refund went through, it was short of $25.12, as they charged the admin fees to me. If you really need to order from them, use PayPal. If they don’t deliver within 180 days, do have them up using PayPal Resolution Centre. Don’t let them go. These people will only eat you up if you are soft.

No delivery and no news after estimated delivery date. Customer hotline can't get through. Email only auto-response and no response after that. HipVan, are you all still in operation? We feel so stuck now. What should we do? Avoid HipVan at all cost if you can't afford these kind of frustrating and disappointing services.
