This app is a scam. They’re charging my card for $9.99 and I've never even used the app but once. Now I owe apple and I can’t download anything until I pay this app. Unbelievable I didn’t even have the app on my phone and they charged me.

Disappointed. Don’t waste your money
App doesn’t sync across devices. I have it both on my phone and iPad and when i use iPad the information doesn’t sync over to my phone so i loose my progress. Also not able to link to my apple fitness which is where i monitor all fitness routines whether I’m using this app or something else (ie yoga or Pilates). It also doesn’t tell me calories burned for each workout. It gives a summary of ALL workout and not for each so if i wanted to go back and view a particular workout, the information is not there. I’m even disappointed in customer service… as i sent an inquiry about the problems to see if it can be resolved and no one can contacted me. So don’t waste your money. I wish i had known these things before i bought the app. It’s extremely inconvenient to keep track of your overall workout progress.
Doesn’t create a workout plan
This app is basically just a large directory of workouts. It does not create a custom workout plan, nor does it tell you exactly how much you should work out in and what areas of your body you should focus on. If I download and pay for an app, I want you to do the work for me. Only want to do what you tell me I should do to get the body I want. I cannot recommend this.

Not free
This app literally advertises as free, so I figured it’s free for base features and then you pay for more advanced access to things. Nope. You literally can’t even access the app AT ALL without at least signing on to pay $9.99 a month after the free trial. THAT’S NOT FREE. Complete scam, I immediately deleted it.

Seriously the best - I cancelled my personal trainer when I found out about this. Good stuff for now
First time working out
well the time has come! I am 25 and I am so out of shape! I cant hardly run around for more than 10 mins without feeling like i want to sit! I am ready to workout and actually get healthy and in shape! The voice instructions with the video of each movement helps so much! thank you, truly. i'm excited.
Missed opportunity
I purchased the nutrition plan 1st. I went to purchase the fitness plan and was offered both apps for the same price as just nutrition plan BUT I already purchased plan so I guess I’m just out of luck
Waste of time
I paid for a yearly subscription and was never able to access the app at all. Total rip off
