選照片時閃退
App選照片時「閃退」，狀況維持很久了同其他評論，浪費大家時間很母湯👎。後來改用line上傳照片可以，但畫質較差。

輸出的證件照根本不能用
使用他們的App上傳照片、選擇尺寸，結果竟然只是把做照片放大縮小直接輸出，完全不符合證件照的規範，等於浪費了錢，又沒有把事情辦完，不推薦大家使用。
著還有人在維護嗎？
每個門市都沒有提供沖印服務，那這個App有何用？做心酸的嗎？
垃圾app
垃圾東西，連傳個照片都沒辦法成功，我訊號滿格，一直跟我說網路異常，最好wifi跟電信網路都異常
...
覺得app如果做不好，就往網頁發展吧 像711或全家的機台都可以上傳到他們的雲端 直接到機台輸入代碼就可以接著操作印出 這個設計成要在機台登入雲端相簿帳號也會有資安疑慮... 總之登入設計的不好、照片選取也難用
