The HitTrax product is good, but the app keeps missing the mark. The recent Apr 2024 update made the app worse not better. Trying to see your stats on the account screen on an iPhone is barely possible because the screen boxes are misaligned and overlapping. Do you even test this out on an iPhone before releasing?
Need support - subscription issues and nobody is responding.
I just get a blank white screen with the new update. Not sure what to do about it.
