This app is so broken I can’t even deactivate my account

Fantastic app and such a cool new and refreshing TRUE organic social media app that I am taking full advantage of. I love it, but I will love it even more when the bugs are fixed and it stops crashing. I understand that the app is run by a very very small team, but if those bugs can be fixed ASAP that would be fantastic.

I ended up making an account and yeah it’s good but there doesn’t seem to be a lot of good features which I understand cos it’s new. It’s like a hybrid of Twitter and Instagram but there’s no dedicated feed like twitter where you can see what ppl you follow share, post etc only the discovery page which presents like a instagram like photo reel that includes EVEYTHING from a certain theme and it’s hard to find people to follow, and when you do find someone to follow you have to go directly to their profile to see their posts but this clunkyness should improve in time. BUT one thing I really like is that you can ask questions to people and they can reply directly to you if they do wish leading to a nice way to interact with fans as a content creator. I think if they add a dedicated Twitter-like feed/timeline in addition to the more instagram-like discover pages it’ll be a pretty good app. I’d like to see the things the people I follow post on a dedicated space rather than having to hunt for in throughout the discovery pages. Over all good job though!

This app has a really great potential, but it still needs a lot of bugs to be fixed because at the moment its barely working

literally nothing is working. just reinstalled to try and see if it’s fixable and it’s not apparently. literally nothing is working. cant even log into my account anymore it’s not doing anything. beforehand nothing was working either. no posts were loading, nothing. couldn’t even add a profile picture let alone add any more pictures after the two pictures I had uploaded which I didn’t want to upload! i hope you fix this app real quick because I’m about to lose the plot

I’ve been using this app for almost two months. I do motivational videos daily. And this app is literally the one that takes the longest to upload. Which is really bad because I’m on 15 different apps. I really like the community there and the idea and surface of the app it’s cute. But uploading takes sooooooo long. And I think the videos have to be under one minute.

This app is so wonderful!!!! I’ve never felt safer in a online community! The CEO truly cares about the people on her platform. With each update the app gets better and better! I’m so excited to see this app in a year! I’m never leaving!

I am new to this app and I can’t seem to able to create an account. The email is attached but when I try to enter my DOB I can’t select the next button or scroll down to click it. What can I do?

Not to impressed with this app. Definitely not user friendly and personally not to happy with this app design
