I just bought a HiWatch smart watch. It’s a great budget smart watch that has some cool features. But it also has some major flaws that need to be fixed. 1. It doesn’t vibrate well. I don’t carry my phone around at work so the vibrating function is very important to me. My old smart watch keeps vibrating to get my attention until I check my phone. But this watch only lightly vibrates one time and then stops vibrating. So most of time I don’t even realize that I have messages coming in. It only shows the last message. 2. The sound is transfer from your phone to the watch once the Bluetooth is connected. But when I use my phone, I want the sound coming from my phone, that is louder and more clear. Also I don’t want to waste the battery of my watch all the time when I don’t need the sound from it. In some occasions like in meeting, I simply don’t want any sound but only vibration to remind me phone calls or messages. You can only turn off the Bluetooth to transfer the sound back to your phone from the watch. But the watch will be disconnected when you turn off the Bluetooth. This drive me nut. 3. The screen turns off too quickly. Sometimes if you hesitated a second, the screen will just shut off so you have to repeat the step to get where you are trying to do. I like the basic functions of my old watch more because it suits my need. Sadly the little loop holding the band was broken. That’s why I got HiWatchPro. But now I don’t think the new watch can totally replace my old watch as the functions I need don’t work well. I don’t know if they can be fix through the app update.

The watch takes an amazingly very long time I am in school so I think hmm the watch could get my steps in BUT NO it takes a shootton of time to connect

Unless I’m crazy I can’t find where the switch the clock to be on 24 h instead of 24h that’s my biggest complaint. Also you cannot text back

To slow in loading

The app glitches every time I try to go to “health data”. But the few times it hasn’t, the”heakth info” is actually just a habit tracker and “leaderboard” from all other watch owners apparently. Which I could care less about obviously lol I have not been able to find anything to let me change it to 12 hour format, which is extremely important as it is a watch, so I’d like to be able to AT THE VERY LEAST be able to tell the time without having to do math [that I always feel comes out incorrect anyways lol) But the main reason I got this watch was to track sleep… I have a small child and can be up around the clock, or have different, changing, sleep times throughout the day… BUT this will ONLY begin tracking sleep after 9 or 10pm (I’ve seen it say it starts at 9 in one place and another place said 10pm) AND it doesn’t start recording until you’ve been asleep for at least 4hrs!? That is completely ridiculous!? And should be mentioned in the product details when purchasing. I WISH I could get four hours of uninterrupted sleep, but unfortunately I’m lucky if I get 4hrs total. Even if it DID actually track sleep, somehow the battery is ALWAYS dead, regardless of the time of day I fall asleep!? Idk how that’s possible, I don’t use it for anything else, I don’t have any vibrations or sound turned on (actually haven’t even seen any settings for sound) and haven’t been able to connect it to calls. So basically it needs to be charged daily, regardless of how much it’s used. Also the watch dials that show a battery status symbol, don’t seem to actually change with the battery levels, so basically it’s just a picture of a battery?! 🤦🏻‍♀️ Your entire health data section is based off of inputs you add yourself like height and weight, basically a calculation that you could get anywhere online that you DONT need to see daily and you don’t need an entire app for. There is no other health data calculated from your heart or blood pressure readings, or anything that the watch does for you. You cannot upload pictures or set your own custom watch dials and the “custom” selection of dials it has loaded are awful. They should be deleted and that space freed up to add your own custom watch faces. There’s only ONE game with no option or ability to download any others? They could even SELL games, dials, additional functions, or things to upgrade with and I’d be happier than having zero useful features. I got the watch and it works fine but the app is a different story. The kicks me out every time I try to go in it and when I’m able to it always says device not connected when I got to my settings it says device connected I’m trying to figure out what’s wrong with it but again it kicks me out so I got mad a deleted it

It’s an okay watch not what I was thinking the watch was gonna be well first I still haven’t figured out how to change the time from military time that’s one of my high problems another one is I don’t believe the heart rate app is accurate at all I ordered with watch off shein & the reviews is what made me by it so far the sound is pretty good idk about making calls or even texting on here if you have small wrists please be aware that the watch may be a lil big for you the app doesn’t do much that you couldn’t have already figured out yourself only thing good I can say so far is it looks nice
