Completely useless when I can’t even log in. And the website version is useless for first time donors as well, you can’t make any appointment unless they already have your record. It’s super not encouraging for someone who is interested in donating blood for the first time. If you truly want to encourage young people to donate blood, please try to make the experience more pleasant.

一直以來，登入過程都問題多多。剛才想登入看看到期可以捐血未，等緊個email送保安碼的時候，個系統突然話我已經連續5次要求保安碼，要我一個小時後再試。這時候我才收到保安碼，輸入後也以失敗告終。阻住晒人捐血！
經常登入唔到，明明輸入無錯都登入唔到！仲要每次要去email搵六位數登入碼？點解唔係手機SMS？或者其他登入方法？完全唔user friendly！
