Not working with onyx studio 7

Fungerar inte att parkoppla med appen

When connecting a pair of onyx studio4 togheter it appear 4 speakers in the bluetooth settings and it stutters and disconnect reapetedly which totally make it useless to buy two of them when you only can use one at the time. Ios 17.

I’m so surprised of how bad an app could be from such a big sound company. It simply can’t connect to my device and makes it useless to have it more than connected to Google. Amazing how it can’t find it even when I’m connected on the bluetooth.

I am connected and streaming audio through my Onyx Studio 4 and meanwhile the app says that it cannot find it…

Stuck at discovering, doesn’t work.

Installed, had my onyx 4 connected and working, the app failed to discover and was stuck in discover mode forever… I uninstalled the app directly, useless. HK you have great equipment, not so great sw… please redo and redo correctly, set me, the customer in focus.. it rather annoying trying to interact with an app that had no means of interaction.. its just stuck trying ( failing) to discover something totally obvious and working..

Riktigt illa av ett märke som ska utmärka sig bland högsta klass att 2021 inte ha uppdaterat sin app sedan 30:e oktober 2018(!) Har två nyligen köpt Onyx Studio 5, kan inte para dom, skall jag använda dom som stereo någorlunda väl så måste jag använda en 3,5mm aux splitter till var och en samt ha AC adaptern i. Vilket magplask, och att inget har hänt på två år är under all kritik. Brukar alltid läsa på kring produkter före jag köper dom, men HK hade jag en bild av inom mig av att vara en pålitlig produkt. Nej, usch, stor stor stor besvikelse. Som HK anställd på UI avdelningen så hade jag skämts över det här. Och som chef hade jag avskedat alla anställda och löst detta omgående. Men hissen verkar inte ha gått hela vägen upp, tyvärr.
