垃圾app千萬別下載，慢的要死，也沒見很便宜
集運要自己一個個認領很麻煩，還是下午四點就截單。起碼四五天才能收到。客服也沒什麼用的，一家僵尸公司

非常不合理的流程，冇合理處理客戶問題，快件入庫做得超級差，同一時間到庫的快件，要分開4次集運，一次勸退！

唔係特別平，派件亦唔快，除左方便買地區限制啲嘢，其他一般
收貨
現時收貨太慢通知，寄出時間比之前慢得多，平均要兩三天
勁慢 客服態度閪
25號集運 30號先到 問親客服勁耐先覆 態度閪爆 0有賠償/補償
回應時間很長。
要等很長時間才有回應。
貨未到倉但淘寶顯示已簽收
客服話個倉5點就唔再收貨，但係我件貨明明12點就開始派送，其他貨同時送嘅都全部收到，就係唯獨一件冇收到，點知轉頭淘寶6點幾就自動簽收咗，客服又冇人理，兩邊都track唔到件貨，但係又話簽咗，又合包唔到，客服完全唔helpful，用咗幾年第一次咁樣track唔到件貨，明明遇好夠哂時間運落嚟，真心唔明點解其他貨全部同時到東莞都收到哂，就係淨呢一件送極都送唔到去，退步公司，自提點又少choice，可以轉去另一間了

Tracking話到左香港，幾日都未冇話得提貨，客服又冇覆過野，錢就識收晒，咁點呀。
