I can check routes, fares, and availability, but I can’t call a cab because I don’t have Hong Kong phone number to register… Get affiliate with other communication app may be?

Used the app for immediate booking. If going Long distance then get a taxi. If shorter distance, no taxis pick up. No way to book in advance at specific date/time. Called the 24-hour hotline and got Cantonese voice recording and ansaphone.

用信用卡電子支付車資，信用卡扣左錢，但apps話無過到數，跟住要乘客俾多次錢先俾落車，唔俾多次錢唔俾落的士！

I have been using this for years to support local cab drivers instead of the competition, but it’s time to look at other options (like Uber).

如果一個平台剩係可以代替電話call車，而唔係提升透明度，保障消費者，咁仲有咩用？ 1.call車等候時間就算係非繁忙時間最少都要10分鐘, 繁忙時間直情係唔會call到 2. 就算call到，經常性比司機接完單後打電話黎叫取消 3. 垃圾司機有心兜遠路, 收得貴左又耐左，平台完全冇做任何野去嘗試改善。就算聯絡客服亦冇回音。

Call過車超過10，至今未試過成功，執咗佢啦！😡

Taxi drivers don’t take the English speakers if you mark English only. It’s so annoying

試過打電話去或等對方打回來確認户口，兩個方法都不行。註冊不了，即是用不了。Bye

I found this app’s response so slow even though there are many taxi nearby. Then I talked to the driver and they said because they change a lot for a customer unless it is one min after. So they only pick up the request after one min. Another taxi apps do not have this problem.
