Worst app
I had the worst experience ever with online shopping & H&M. I couldn’t edit my address before or after purchasing even though I tried many times it still came out as invalid. Worst customer service ever working only with imaginary emails to couriers and terrible attitude not helping to receive the purchase but to cancel it. Worst mistake was to pay before receiving. They even had my number wrong and I could receive my purchase saying that without my phone number I can’t identify as the person who paid through the card on my name. Don’t do my mistake. Purchase from nice well known apps that have good service. H&M you have to do better.
