Absolutely sick and tired of constantly being forced to change a password! Constantly changing a password that now has to be written down in order to remember what you changed it to is unsafe! It was safer when it was one in my memory!

You couldn’t pay me enough to chain bank ever again.

Can never log in. Have to delete the app once a week to access my money! Very frustrated!

Not user friendly, slow, I have to do a full log in every time I use it despite authorizing Face ID, not even close to convenient compared to any other financial institutions apps I’ve used.

Good Day Like everything else change takes a little getting used to, but so far I love and am enjoying all changes.

I have had nothing but problems since being changed I have a joint account and the fact that we don’t have both our names on account now is causing a huge problem along with many many many other problems to the point we are looking at other banks to transfer everything out as we should not have this many problems to do banking ! phone hangs up every time we call , have to wait in long lines have been there everyday this week and everyday is something else

It seems to be a good app never really had any trouble with it If you go to the upper Wellington branch and see William he will help you with anything he’s a great asset to the bank

Wish there was a quicker way to add a new etransfer recipient. Like not having to set that person up as their own saved contact. Sometimes I just want to send a one time payment and although it doesn’t take that long, I still wish I could just enter the email or phone number and send money. App is awesome otherwise!
