The app is good but the fact that it makes you log in each time is extremely annoying.

Can’t find certificate

I like having access to the schedule and presentations from my mobile device. The app is clunky. It requires logging in with my email address and 7-digit badge number, then waiting several minutes to load and scroll through multiple screens everytime I open the app. Even when a button within the app takes me to their own website in my browser, when I click to return to the app, I must login again and scroll through several pages before I can access the conference schedule. Very frustrating.

Not supported

There is absolutely no support for this app. Good luck getting a response from anyone if there is an issue.

Looks like an app from Iphone 3. Outdated and not easy to use.

Enjoy all the sessions I wish there was more live sessions in front of the audience instead of statistics, a little bit of more and less that’s all. Thanks.

Why is it every time I leave the app I have to log back in and go through the entire proceeds all over again. So annoying with this app. Once logged in, users should be able to stay logged in for the duration of the conference. Never had an app do this.

The app has to be logged into and all entry steps completed every time you want to get on the app. The slides took FOREVER to download. It is very difficult (impossible) to access if you are not on your phone and don’t have an iPad. Please work on the next version to make it easier to access meeting materials!

This app keeps saying network connection error; I have service and Wi-Fi connection but unable to connect using either. I have zero access to the conference schedule, events, or posters. Very frustrating. Tried stopping by registration desk but they could not help, also emailed technical support but no response.
