sending 5000 Liters tanker instead of 10000 Liters
Even when I am selecting 10000 Liters tanker while booking, they are sending 5000 Liters tanker only and when I raised the Grievance, it is just closed without any call or comments.

Everytime I book a tanker 10kl, it registers it as 5kl causing a big challenge this way. This appears to be a IOS only issue. Pl address this

When I am booking a tanker from ios mobile app I selected the tanker capacity as 10000 but actually it is entering as 5000 in the system and they bringing small tanker. This is very annoying when there is no water. Please look into this issue immediately.

Hi, I’m unable to login to the website, pls dolce the issue at the earliest
After entering mobile number and CAN, it’s showing Name, Address, mobile number, CAN, Category, outstanding amount, water pipe size and showing next. After pressing next, it is hanging and after few minutes showing as timed out. Further windows viz Register Grievance, complaints history, download bill etc not opening.
Please fix the bug, no sms is being received and seeing requests time out messages upon entering mobile and can number
