Hobbii

Had an issue with a gift card, but the support team were amazing and so helpful and kind, especially when I was the one making the mistake! Questions were answered swiftly and helped me see my mistake (trying to use a gift card I had used last year) 🤦‍♀️ I will not hesitate to contact them again if I ever need to. Hobbii have top class team! ❤️

My go-to yarn shop, very trustworthy and have ordered multiple times, I recommend the honey bunny yarn a lot!

So I love Hobbii and am a dedicated customer and subscriber. Their yarns are beautiful and high quality and I highly recommend them. But this app is garbage. It gets two stars for a nice look/navigation and for bingo but even that has some widespread issues, like with cards not loading for people so much that they have to explain how to circumvent it multiple times every single game, and the recent location change fiasco. Frequently clicking on things I’ve favourited will just not work so I’ll have to go back to the search and find the item manually (in which case why favourite it to begin with?) Easily the thing I hate the most is scrolling through the gallery feature, clicking on an image I want to view will take me to a different one three or four either side and I’ll have to scroll to find it or click back out. Clicking on comments often sends me flying somewhere else again and not on the post I wanted to comment on. This makes an otherwise genius feature unusable. I can’t seem to write a review from the app, only the website which seems like it should be a *basic* feature for a shop-based app. Would also be nice if the Plus benefits we pay extra for were available on the app. Some of these issues come and go, some are consistent. But I find myself frustrated every single time I use this app as really essential to basic features are often buggy. Hobbii is a great website and I remain a loyal customer and Plus member. But this app needs a lot of work.

I find the app easier to navigate than the website , just a personal preference of mine ! Also love having the yarn bingo in the background while I work on my wips

Love this on line shop. Love the fun people and bingo and offers! The yarn knits/crochets beautifully! It takes a bit of time to get to me as it has to go through customs first so have a little patience and order in plenty of time if you have a deadline. I live in UK.

I only knit and crochet with natural yarns and have struggled to find the kind of quality that I want at a price that I can afford. Thank you Hobbi for providing what I love

Bingo just does not work, I can read the chat but cannot see or hear the stream. After contacting and explaining my issue, I was told to reinstall the app which has done nothing and I continue to not be able to take part
