You might have luck your first time and really easily get access to the app, but about a day later, the gimbal will never turn on Bluetooth connectivity again, and there is zero information anywhere on how to troubleshoot why your connection won’t be recognized. Very cool.
Dear Users, We don’t care about you enough to update our software or keep up with apple’s updates because that takes extra work and we don’t have any extra product to sell you to pay for that service. So, continue to use the product without the app and calibrate it on the floor. Best, -Shenzhen
Impossible to pair the device. Does not even search. Useless accessory. Sending it back to the supplier
Like other reviews the app doesn’t even seem to search to connect to my new iSteady Pro 2. Worthless app at the moment. Connecting to the device it is supposed to control is Step 1.
Cannot connect to iPhone or iPad despite repeated efforts. Product support is useless
I have now tried this app on both my iPad Air 2 as well as my iPhone XS. The app can’t find my brand new gimbal on either device. The app doesn’t seem to actually even perform a search. When I tap the refresh button nothing happens. This app is 100% useless on multiple devices!!!
The App still has a ways to go with the calibration portion. However, connectivity was rather simple and quick. I haven’t experienced any drop off or lag between the gimbal and app which is awesome. I would recommend doing the offline calibration until they get the online worked out.
This app is incredibly easy to use. Not sure why there is so much fuss. Love it!
App needs updated to be compatible with iPhone X!!
Just got mine in today.. Can’t connect my iPhone X to it.
