DECEPCIÓN TOTAL
No te solucionan nada!! Mi padre cambió a esta compañía por una recomendación y resulta que se equivocaron con el CUPS Y MI PADRE TERMINÓ PAGANDO DOS FACTURAS DE DOS COMPAÑÍAS EN LA MISMA CASA!! Porque encima no le dieron de baja con la compañía anterior! Resulta que ahora le han dado de baja ellos y mi padre se quedará con la otra compañía pagando todos los recibos que por no saber hacer su trabajo bien los perjudicados son los clientes!! Ojalá mejoren eso PORQUE ES NEFASTO COMO EMPRESA!!!! NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA! Les pongo una estrella porque no se puede poner menos!!
Manda más la app que el contrato
Me cobran una tarifa no contratada, hace más de un mes. La consulta no consta en la app, mi contrato tampoco, y es el único firmado electrónicamente. Eso sí, hay que pagar, si no, te ponen en lista de morosos o te cortan la luz… la solución? De momento ninguna, y pagando de más desde el 13 de septiembre
No puedo cambiar el idioma
La web contiene mucha más información. Y tengo el teléfono en inglés y NO me deja cambiar el idioma de la aplicación en ningún sitio. Bastante mejorable.
No funciona acceso por Biometria
Como App está bien, da la información justa y necesaria, pero hasta hace unas actualizaciones se podia acceder por biometria y esa opción directamente ya no funcoona
No reconoce face Id
Con la ultima actualizacion no hay forma del acceso biometrico

Cumple mis expectativas, facil de usar y concisa.
Me encanta!
Me encanta la app tanto en diseño como funcionalidades. El apartado de Solar es súper completo y el gráfico de consumos y el % del mes en curso son súper útiles. También puedo consultar mis facturas y contratos con mucha facilidad!
