Lost nearly $10,000 on units that didn’t exist. Holidator did nothing to help. Use Airbnb or Vrbo.

The cleaning charges and fees could definitely be cheaper. Sometimes it is extremely shocking when you go to book a house for 4-6 days and the fees are half as much as the advertised price of the location. Other than that, the app is extremely easy to learn and use. The communication platform functions perfectly.

SCAM!! Do not use this app!! Me and my friend both booked through this app for the Passover holidays only to find that we had booked houses/apartments that didn’t actually belong to the people posting them. I was a little “luckier” than my friend. I found out a week before and then had to book a hotel last minute and the prices were crazy. My friend didn’t have it so good, they were “stood up” when they arrived in Jerusalem with no place to stay. It was a nightmare for them. Standing on the streets of Jerusalem with their kids and luggage without any place to stay. DO NOT book with this app! You will get scammed. Also, there is no oversight as far as the people who created/run the app. There is also no way to reach them. I tried many times to contact them and there’s no response. It’s as if they don’t actually exist. Save yourself time, money and frustration and book with Airbnb, not here.

This app is very user friendly, has great pricing and is easy to plan trips. If you want to visit Israel you should get this app.

I used Holidator last 2 years because I haven't traveled abroad, it was my main staple several weeks a year. I had wonderful customer service, a great experience overall

This app is either fully or partially a scam, people need to be very careful using it. Apple should take this app down until a thorough investigation is performed. They will ask you to pay via credit card, will tell you it doesn’t work, and then send you a PayPal request, DO NOT DO IT!!!!

My wife and I were in a tough spot but thanks to this app we were able to get to the places we wanted and saved a good deal of money.

My husband booked a rental in Israel for the summer. We paid a $7,000 deposit. We cancelled before the cancellation deadline. They never returned our money or our emails. We come to find out that the listing was fraudulent. Holidator kept our entire $7,000. This is a scam. Do not use them. Don’t let them steal your money.

They allow individuals to post fake listings and then they steal your deposit. I lost $7,000 and they won’t even respond to an email. Do not use this app. They will steal your money and ruin your vacation.
