Tried using the app to get 5 cent discount but it did not give it

I needed to change my email on the Splash Pass app so I emailed support and they switched it for me that day. The change logged me out of my rewards on this app, so I contacted them again and got a prompt reply telling me how to connect my rewards back to my app. Painless and quick!!!

The app will not accept the phone number associated with my club holiday card. Unable to use it.

I love this app! So easy to navigate and just plain fun

Says it supports Wallet, but there isn’t an option to add the pass. I don’t want another app…

I’ve been trying to register my online “card” in the app for days now. I’ve reached out to the app team and I haven’t heard a thing. I tried to delete the app a couple of times and start over. It lets me get a card, enroll, then when I attempt to register it won’t let me choose more than one drop-down question. It says “last 4 digits of phone number”, then the next one doesn’t give me an option. I’ve tried guessing what it might ask, leaving it blank, filling everything else out, but nothing works. It looks like a great app, and I would probably love to give it more stars if I could use it.

As of today, when I try to open app, it crashes. Tried reinstalling it and it still doesn’t work.

So I downloaded this app because I go to the holiday close to my work very often. I think it’s a good app, although it does have its issues. I noticed when I tap on the basket icon in the bottom left, the app shuts down and I have to reopen the app. It’s done this every time, otherwise, I would have rated 5 stars.
