Log in with your Hollandamerica.com account and get access to your current profile and information, and all of your past or upcoming bookings.

Before your cruise, you can review all the services available to guests, check out events and shore excursions planned for your trip, and review an interactive Holland America Line fleet map to see the destinations where our ships sail.

Once on board, connect to the ship’s WiFi to view dining menus, spa services, shore excursions, chat with other guests and more at no additional charge. (An onboard Internet purchase is NOT required to use the Navigator app.)

Use the Holland America Line Navigator app when in port to check your daily itinerary, book shore excursions and make dining reservations. So, you can just relax and enjoy your time ashore, knowing you’ll never miss an important event during your cruise.

Für Leute die nicht gut Englisch sprechen oder lesen ist dieses App absolut unbrauchbar. Die Rederei sollte sich schämen solch ein App Nur in Englischer Sprache zu veröffentlichen. Es wäre sehr schön wenn sie dieses auch in Deutsch, Französisch und Italienisch machen könnten. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht, da ich schon eine Reise gebucht habe. Diese werde ich im Juli 24 machen, und bin gespannt was mich da erwartet wird. 👎👍❔

Totally USELESS for non-US based people

If I click on the ‚boarding pass icon‘ I get a simple error message: „Invalid datetime“. As a programmer I recognize this as an error where a datetime string is pulled from somewhere and is not in the expected format. As I live in Europe and Holland America Line is a US based company, we all know the difference between US (mm/dd/yyyy) and Europe format (dd/mn/yyyy) don‘t we? This app. seems to choke on this. Result: USELESS for non-US based devices, right?
