Unusable

Terrible App unable to use. No introduction or navigation on how to use. The “Go” function doesn’t allow you to alter your start destination, so very difficult to plan ahead. Gives you NO insight on how the teams/trains run or how to purchase tickets. Waste of money

So far appalling bad layout unusable how do I get my99p back?
