The app itself has been updated and it’s getting better to navigate, but I have been disappointed with the designs of their products. The colours and prints are not as good compared to a decade ago. I believe the inflation plays a part in their pricing. For the kind of price I have to pay for the current designs, I have to pass. I’m sad that Hollister no longer my go to for my wardrobe needs.

The app is very easy to use, clear on what to do next and where to find the information. I like how clean the overall interface looks with all the features and functionality in the app.

Slow and laggy. A lot of functions are missing. Unable to back.

This is just a container holding mobile site. Not app. That’s why no back button. App unusable

Please add go back button to make shopping lot easier.

I hope your developer can create a Go Back button to make easier to shop online so that we don’t need to go Home and select again. And the app always kick you out which doesn’t let you sign-in upon completion of order.

Apps not working. Links not clickable since years back. How do you expect people to buy from you? Are u guys seriously running a business?

The options are not clickable, editing of profile are misaligned, and unresponsive screen within the app itself. It’s not user friendly in a way that the experience are horrendous, I can’t get anything done at all.
