I’m slowly losing weight and it is all because of this app and I’m so happy about it
Pretty good
This is a life changing app! I used to do it but then i stopped and like a month ago i started using it again and I’m already seeing results! The only problem is that I wish the workouts were longer. But overall I would definitely recommend!
Might be good
It lied saying it is for 4 years and up but when I put my age it said must be 16 or older so I guess it’s not for me

The app has a good goal and it doesn’t make you pay for all the days except day 1. But I feel like it does make you pay for like your meal plans and water balance.
My favorite
This app is completely great. I love this app except I hate that you have to pay for premium so far. I’ve only been able to do one workout because I don’t have premium, but I don’t know how to get premium without paying so I don’t know if I could do more than one
Only 5 minute workouts_ A waste
When I start the workout it only allows me to do 1 out of the 3 workouts. That’s only 5 minutes. Once I complex the first one, the other 2 close out. Who does only 5 minutes of a workout. That is just a warm up. You are paying for just a meal plan.This app is not worth it.
Wow!!!!!
I tried it once thinking it’s not going to do much but the more I kept using it I have improved I know I have to keep going until I reach my goal but even when I do I want to keep going to make sure that body is secure
Good app
In general, this app is good for people that are just starting to work out. In my opinion, I do feel like you could lose weight from this, which is what I’m trying to achieve. 👌

I got in to the app and it said to put in my age and in the App Store it said 4 and older but then it 16 and older I was so mad do not get the app
