Home Inspector Pro Mobile

Since the latest update the HIP camera has a hard time focusing on close objects. Please fix!!

Buyer Beware! If you working slickly from a Mobile Device (I pad pro) you will not be able to send out reports.

This software just started turning all my pictures, black and white when I zoom in using the app Camera. Now I have to take pictures with my regular camera and edit after they are taken which takes longer. This is not good for streamlining business and ad several extra viable minutes to my inspection process. this is only been since the recent update. Any news on a bug fix?

As a prior software/business developer this software is so overly complicated. It’s the 21st century, no desktop client should be needed. As a prior user of InspectIT Pro, which was a pure joy to use, this software is complicated, template edits incredibly difficult, and the training tutorials are just awful. Too many bells and whistles as with most packages. Image over substance. Moving on.

The mobile app works flawlessly with the desktop software to produce some of the best looking and most in-depth reports in the industry. BUT, the Customer Service is where the whole enchilada REALLY shines. I would put the folks at HIP against anyone, not just in the Home Inspection industry... in ANY industry. They are amazing, friendly, and, most of all, very good at what they do.

I switched over to Home Inspector Pro from InspectIt about a year ago. I absolutely Love it. I’m not to Tech savvy. The tech support at HIP is second to none. The software integrates well and is super fast. I live on the edge of town so our WiFi is slow. Never a problem. The only limitation is on the user end (Me). Definitely a Five Star. Inspections with HIP are so much easier I focus on wind mits and 4pts. Software is great I can have reports done and sent in minutes.

As a professional home inspector, I don’t have time to mess around with software that I have to fight with. I need my inspection software to just work, in a seamless way that doesn’t get in the way of the way I work. HIP does all of this and more. I’ve been using this software since 2013. I have researched other software recently and this is still the easiest to use. It can be customized easily, help is readily available if needed and it saves me a lot of time on reports overall.

Been using for years works very well. Great tech support and customer service!
