Suspect that the app is fishing your money
I installed 1st app in iPad and performed purchase of welcome subscription. It was running as camera. But does not display QR code. After closing the app and opening again, it leads to purchase of subscription only adding one more day and even does not enter to the camera mode nor monitoring mode. I tried to install same app in iPhone to use as monitoring device. It does not restore purchase of the subscription performed at iPad and ask for subscription and adding only a day and does not move to next step. After finding above problem, I cancelled the 1st subscription made in iPad immediately(about in 10 min), found the subscription is valide for a year. I looks like it fished $20 from me in 10 min and I lost $20. I am following refund procedure and this is my 1st time try to refund subscription. Please don’t subscribe this app before you know exactly what this app’s subscription meant for.
