I booked a service for my AC and the partner wasn’t even assiged even it was the delivery time i tried to contact with customer support and trust me it is the worst, pathetic user experience, don’t take money in advance from the customer when you can’t do the job, do the job then take the money.

I have booked full house cleaning but they haven’t even clean the dust and I can see spider web and dust on the walls I don’t know how your cleaning. Your saying you have trained and professional partners but I have shown them how to clean and I have cleaned and shown them still they haven’t cleaned properly I feel I have wasted my money and time with NoBroker the escalation team also not supportive

I took 2 services and both experiences are disastrous. Ac Installation - Technicians are not at all professional and he spoiled my air conditioner while installing and no customer support is helpful Bathroom Cleaning - I have booked for the service and no partner is allotted for the service. No one responded in customer support. Gradually connected and informed me that there is no technician (that too after the booked time) No broker might be economical but its better opting for Urban company so that we wont get disappointed later

I was just browsing the application for service. I started getting call for services. I don't want them to call me if I am just looking for the services I can book on my own.

I tried to book an AC service but the app quality is so poor that the location got stuck after which the app’s user experience is really very bad. After payment the app gets stuck at the progress page, neither it’s showing orders not the homepage. Get your app tested properly and then release it with fixes.
