These are absolute junk! The app doesn’t work and there’s no customer service. When I try using the app, it just flashes on the off. Tried my iPhone and iPad. And don’t bother trying to call feit (or whatever) electric. Your just wasting more of your time.
2023 and Feit still has nor fixed this app. Can’t sign in and can’t control these expensive bulbs. No control Feit has will control my bulbs. They do not care! Don’t purchase!
I have 6 bulbs in my backyard that worked when I first bought them and setup the app. Now when I go to the app it just comes on and disappears from my iPhone. The bulbs still work from a wall switch but I am unable to have any control of them like in the beginning like turning on/off or dimming!
I have had the bulb for years just decided to install it snd the app keeps crashing won’t load won’t do anything. Not work it
This product failed miserably. Still have the bulb, but app won’t load to control the bulb.
Push a button and it exits the app ad you’re back to the home screen. What a mess.
Had purchased 8 of these bulbs they worked fine and all of the sudden one day they stopped responding to the app . Then after 6 hours on various phone calls they say the app is no longer supported .
After updating the app, I was asked to sign back into my account using my phone number. After choosing +1 for the US and putting in my phone number, I was informed that the country/region wasn’t supported. For real?
App crashes when any option is selected, ridiculous.
Unfortunate the HomeBrite App has rendered my Feit lightbulbs scheduling totally useless. What was once a breeze to connect, use, and schedule the lighting is now gone. Please go back to the original app or fix HomeBrite. Consumers: don’t buy Feit bulbs until this is fixed. C’mon developers, you can do better. And fix the misspellings in the app while you are at it.
