Good
Have been search for good personal financial, and seem thus is a good one. Overall, thus is a very good app. However, not sure how to make transfer from one account to another.

HomeBudget is an integrated expense tracker designed to help you track your expenses, income, bills-due and account balances. It offers support for budgeting, and allows analysis of your expenses and income, including charts and graphs. Two key differentiating features of HomeBudget are:
1. Integrated set of features. The features within HomeBudget are well integrated such that a bill can become an expense (when you pay for it) and also adjust the account balance at the same time.
2. Family sync. HomeBudget includes Family Sync, an advanced feature that allows a group of devices within the household to exchange expense and income information, and work together within a single budget. Once setup, the devices sync with each other automatically over the air. Family Sync works across all features including Bills and Accounts. After shopping around, I like this app best.
With little investment of time to get familiar with this app, it became a good tool to track the financial position. The smart thing about this app is: it supports family sync, so one can record an expense at handset whenever it incurs (while the memory is fresh) and sync the expenses when get home. This app would be event better if it supported multi-books, with which besides family records, the user can create a separate book to keep track of his/her own personal expenses.
Recurring expense function
Seems like The Recurring expense function is gone after updating the new version. Please fix.

The best app I've found in app store. It has everything I need for budgeting and expense tracking. Easy exporting of data by using email. Goin to buy the full version. :)
Review
This app is easy to use. With colorful charts/interface, pre-defined expense/budget category. Originally, I thought there was a bug in the reporting. But after double check, it found a testing expense item which was wrongly posted to July 2010 by myself and have not been deleted yet. Finally, I bought the full version. :P

Please fix
Error in cross referencing expense and account balance, makes balance incorrect, please fix it asap
Can't save Expense entry in Lite version...
Want to try this before i buy but the Lite version seems to have problem in the Expense part. I tried to enter expenses there but it can't save the entry successfully even after hitting the Save button...is this the same problem in the "full version"? Other than this, seems good app to use.
