The iPhone app been nearly unusable for several years now. When you turn your phone sideways to see "Landscspe view" the iPhone App crazily rotates the entire image around 180° to give you a tiny, badly distorted, upside down image. I'm amazed that Apple hasn't already pulled down this buggy garbage... then again, the PC version is even WORSE! The ownership has changed hands multiple times.. starting to feel like the app is simply the absolute MINIMALLY functioning product that any current company owner can continue to use as bait to support their "cloud service" ("Cloud Service"... which simply means "When you buy the product or use their app, then they use a tiny piece of YOUR Device/Bandwidth/Device-Processor as "Their Cloud Service" for free. To add insult to injury, they then want YOU to pay to use "their" cloud services, even though "their cloud" is actually made up of OUR individual devices!)

I have a Bosch Dishwasher and this was not the correct app to download.

This used to be good but not now. I can’t even go and look at what set off the camera in the first place and keeps telling me no cloud with my device. So I can only look at live. Y’all really need to fix this app

This app prompt for credentials sporadically. If you try to reset password it won’t send code to your mobile or registered email. You reach out customer care only by email and they won’t respond on time. These guys change app from danale to home connect and home connect to danale cam without any notification. No value for customers and their money.

Rotating to view full screen messes with the camera and throws the display all into a full loco mode

No funciona

Change wifi name, two camera I have will not let me change the wifi name. Can not connect without out changing the wifi name on the mobile app. Wifi name is locked. Two camera are not usable.

This app works, since I can see and record on an SD card. One problem is that I can’t stay signed in on more than one device. I use the app on my phone. If I use it on my iPad, I have to sign in. When I use my phone again, I have to sign in again. I don’t like the extra bother. Please fix the app so I can be signed in on multiple devices at the same time. My Wyze cam app stays signed in on all my devices. I will be buying Wyze cams in the future.

So I downloaded the app for some sharper image Wi-Fi cameras.The app works fine just very basic.I can’t find a way to stop notifications from movement from the cameras.I can’t give it a half star rating or I would give it 2 1/2 stars.
