モバイル回線では登録されたカメラが表示されますが、Wi-Fiに切り替えるとカメラが登録されていませんと出てしまい見ることができません。

突然ログイン出来なくなり、やっとログイン出来たと思ったら今度はアプリ内の言語が日本語ではなくなり読めない状態になりました。アプリを削除して再びインストールをしてみたところ、言語は直ったのですが何故か何も説明もなく勝手に$9.99の課金となっていました。請求はまだ来ていませんが、説明も何もなくましてや同意もしていないのでどうなっているのか…。

アプデされてから使えなくなった。戻して欲しい。

アプデ前は繋がりもよく長時間でも問題無く撮影が出来ていたのにアプデ後からは切断ばかりでまともに撮れないし起動もかなり遅くなった、いざという時に使う物がこんなのじゃ意味が無い、ただのゴミ 早急にアプデ前の状態に戻してくれ

言語が設定出来ない
今まで日本語で表示されていたのが急に表示される言語が中国語に変わり、どこからも言語切り替えができない。 2025/1/17にアップデートしたらしいけど、普通に改悪じゃねーか。
勝手にアップデートされた
1月に急にログインできなくなり、仕方なく再登録してログインしなおしたところ、中身がアップデートされており、今までの使用と変わっていました。 それでも使用していたのですが急に文字が中国語に変わって、読めなくなりました。怖いです。 また、電波を受け取りにくくなったようで、なかなか開けなくなったのが、余計に怪しいです。 これは、安全なアプリですか？Amazonで購入して1年は安全に使えてたけど、今年になって急に怖くなりました。、
勝手に中国語表示になった
画面表示が知らない間に中国語になり元に戻せない 設定画面で言語切り替えは見当たらない 再インストールしないとダメなのか？
使えなくなった
2025年になって、突然登録を要求されてアカウント作成したけれど、カメラを認識せずに使えなくなった。iPhoneの方は変わらず使えてるけど、iPadで使えないのは不便過ぎる。
