I can’t even start using the app without giving a whole bunch of personal details. I just paid $600 for an air fryer and it feels like Phillips are just using it as an excuse to spy on me. Oh and the app doesn’t even work properly, when I try to cook something I just get “Error” message - that’s all. Why would you treat your customers in this way??
Just downloaded this app. What is the point of it? Don’t see any value let alone pay anything for in app purchases.
New app is very slow to load. Once you are in in the actual app, it is also incredibly slow compared to the old app. Please fix this issue
A little disappointed , had a perfectly working air fryer and app with the Nutri u app. . It wasn’t broken so no need to fix so I get this app and unable to after factory restring airfryer connect it to wifi anymore it just won’t complete finishing. I don’t care for the recipes etc just wanted the firmware upgrades as they come along . Had to give it 1 star rather than none to submit review 26/04/24 Continued after a month I thought I would Try the process again and it worked seamlessly. On reflection I think the app may have been fine all along and the error lay with me selecting the incorrect Airfryer model possibly the one without probe . I did notice this time the probe picture with airfryer in the selections. This time around selecting correct model it completed . It was happy and I was happy. Many thx for the follow up and all the best.
It took 3 attempts with the new version but it is finally work and does what it says. So I am taking back the one star and giving it a 5 on the fact that they addressed the issue as the app seems pretty good.
I tried to register as promoted by the app but the accounts.home.id just displayed "Loading" and nothing happens. After sometime, I decided to try using an old iPad Air and it worked. The app is not updated to work with the newer iOS version on my iPhones.
Added our HD9650 air fryer but error opening manual, error opening FAQ. App recipes are OK and done interesting content but doesn’t really add much value that you can’t get from a general google search. Tried to register but email never arrived to complete the process. Tried three times. Checked spam folder as well,

Useless app Didn’t get any instructions in the box except QR code Doesn’t tell me what the buttons are for
