Doorbell camera doesn’t show feed in app
Hard to find right settings and navigate the App. Too much info however can’t simply find what I need. Also, some notifications don’t come through.
Only wish I could also pay on the app.
Don’t waste your money on this alarm system. I HATE this alarm system. It stops recording if you pass your monthly allotment of uploads. Deleting them doesn’t work. Do you know how many times in an hour a bug or spider web or car headlights from across the way will set off your camera??? WAY more than you could ever imagine. WORST ALARM SYSTEM EVER. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
Avoid this scam if you can. Or if you try to get rid of them,report lost card and fxk them.
Do not use this application or security! They’ll take your money, install, and then nothing will work. Schedule an appointment, never show up, do it again. Never show up. This is a 600K house. It’s awful to see security to be so low. Steer away from. This place
Just wanted another chance to give one star as HomePro is the worst. 5 year contract because they can’t compete with local companies that don’t need to trap people.
When I try arming the system on the app it immediately disarms.
Do not make the same mistake I did signing up with them. They have -poor customer service -low quality equipment -inexperienced installers that purposely mess up so you have to pay another team to come and fix them -cameras that work but not really -low quality doorbell camera For about 1.5 yrs all 3 cameras did not work and i paid them four times to bring four separate teams to solve the problem before the guy who installed it originally came back by chance with one of the teams and told me that he was told to install everything incorrectly. He was able to permanently fix the camera wiring in about twenty seconds after entering the attic. Again, before he came back, three different teams of people came and “fixed it” (which took an hour each). In reality they did fix it for about fifteen minutes before it broke again. So essentially you are paying for -no security system -being treated like trash -being told its “not our problem” by customer service Sign up with literally ANYBODY ELSE. This company is ROCK BOTTOM. Every person in my entire neighborhood makes sure that any new homebuyers know about this company specifically.
