Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. Makes it frustrating when the kids are on a role with their work but then put on hold because the videos are unavailable.

The past few weeks, many videos aren’t loading. Today, for example, “The Art of Winslow Homer” won’t load in the app (1st grade books, Lesson 66). I have tried pausing, stopping the video, reloading, closing the app and opening it again, but they won’t ever load.

Every time I go to play a video or book video, it won’t load. I wish these were also available on YouTube, so when this happens, I have a backup plan.

Unfortunately the videos no longer load for us so now it’s basically worthless.

Sometimes it says navigation is not available and wont play the videos. Is there a way to fix this?

When the app doesn't work, we cannot complete the coursework as designed. It works fine on my Android devices but the Apple app has been quite faulty. Fix the videos and I will change my review.

Like the content. But the app is glitching bad. Have to restart the app between every content choice used. Not fun.

We used it for 3 years and in the last month the videos don’t work. I’ve updated, uninstalled and reinstalled

For the past month the videos haven’t been playing. Considering this app is necessary to teach our children this isn’t acceptable and should have been fixed immediately.

Love the app. It’s easier to use than the actual website (which I know the binder does say to use). Can you please add the ABC alphabet song to the app as well? Changed my rating because I can’t get the videos to load at all lately….
